Kanye West is not getting out of hospital very soon

Kanye West is not out of the woods -- not even close -- because we've learned he will not get out of the hospital as planned. Sources with direct knowledge of the situation told us over the holiday, the plan was to release Kanye today, Monday. We're told his personal doctor was going to take charge of him upon release.

We're now told Kanye is still not stable and will not be released today. In fact, there is now no release date set, because he has not recovered from his breakdown a week ago.

As we reported, Kanye has had a rough time at UCLA Medical Center, struggling with extreme paranoia -- at one point he would not even let the doctors touch him.

Kim is still by his bedside ... which is where she has been almost nonstop for a week.

Daycare worker caught abusing a ( month old baby and fractured the child skull

A Daycare worker, Afsana Shaikh, was caught on CCTV slapping and kicking a baby so hard that the infant suffered a fractured skull and internal bleeding.
Shaikh was captured beating nine-month-old Ritisha Sinha during nap time at the day care centre in western India.
The horrifying attack took place on the infant's first day at the nursery, in the city of Kharghar, in Maharashtra State.
The infant's parents, Dad Rajat, 31, and her mum Ruchita, 29, said they discovered a lot of bruises after her mum picked her up from daycare.

Ritisha's mother, Ruchita, noticed a bruise on the infant's face when she picked her up. 
Rajat said: 

"Ritisha was fast asleep but there was a bruise under her eye. When my wife asked about it, the centre owner said she had hit herself while playing."Initially, we thought that Ritisha may have been stressed because it was her first day, and we believed the caretaker. But at home, she was crying continuously and refused to eat anything."

The couple discovered more bruises on their daughter's back and behind her ear.

The parents said Rishita also developed a fever and started vomiting. They got worried and took her to a doctor the next day.

A hospital CT scan later revealed that she had suffered a small fracture at the back of her skull, which had led to internal bleeding.

Rajat said:

"It was inhuman. The carer was manhandling my daughter - hitting her with toys and throwing her on the mat. "We just saw what she did to my baby, who knows how she is treating the other kids at the centre."

The owner of the daycare was arrested after the CCTV recording was viewed and the daycare worker was arrested as well.

The owner got released on bail while the carer remained in custody facing charges of child abuse and endangerment.

146 African migrants from an overcrowded rubber boat Rescued

Despite the rough seas and the unfavorable conditions, Malta-based foundation, Migrant Offshore Aid Station managed to safely rescue 146 African migrants from an overcrowded rubber boat.

Among them were 16 women, two of whom are pregnant, a child, and 27 unaccompanied minors. Most of the people rescued were coming from Nigeria and other West African countries.

"The worsening conditions of the sea seem not to be stopping desperate people from attempting the dangerous crossing"

US rapper The Game to pay 7.1 million For sexual Assult

The Game has lost the sexual assault lawsuit filed against him by popular VH1 'She got game' contestant, Priscilla Rainey. The court ruled in favor of Rainey, who sued him, alleging he sexually assaulted her while shooting a reality show in 2015.

Kanye West's personal physician is the one who called 911, warning the dispatcher Kanye was not violent but would become violent when police arrived to help him. Law enforcement sources tell us, the call came in as a male with mental illness.
Dr. Michael Farzam said his patient's name was "Jim Jones, 39 years old, 5'8", 175 lbs ... suffers from temporary psychosis due to sleep deprivation and dehydration."

According to the police report the doctor told cops he had placed Kanye on a 5150 psychiatric hold and wanted him taken to UCLA Medical Center. 

We're told there's an issue over whether the doctor actually placed Kanye on a 5150. The report goes on to say Dr. Farzam told police Kanye had attempted to assault a staff member at the gym. We're told Kanye was handcuffed to the stretcher because it's protocol when cops are told someone is on a 5150 hold.

Romeo & Juliet? 15yo Russian couple shoot themselves after alleged conflict with parents

A pair of 15-year-olds from a town near Pskov in northwest Russia who had gone on the run from their parents opened fire at a police car and then killed themselves, the Russian Investigative Committee has said.

“Two armed 15-year-old teens barricaded themselves in a house in the Strugy Krasnye settlement. Law-enforcement officers had been negotiating with them for several hours, however, all in vain. Later on the teenagers stopped responding,” the investigators’ statement says.

The Russian Special Police Force officers engaged in the storming of the house said that they didn’t open fire during the operation, the press service of the Russian National Guard told TASS.

Upon entering the house officials found two bodies “with gunshot wounds.” Russian Special Police Force officers said that inside they also located an opened safe where with a sporting gun and ammunition. The boy and girl had “distinct signs of suicide,” they added.

Reports suggest that the teenagers were called Denis and Katerina. They streamed the shooting at the police van live via Periscope and posted a video on Instagram where Katerina is heard explaining in Russian that she fell out with her mother who didn’t allow her to have a sleepover at her friend’s place.
